We provide detailed proposals after evaluating the project.

Yes. We offer an initial conversation to learn about your project, discuss your goals, and provide a general price range to determine if the project is a good fit.
We then schedule a more detailed on-site consultation where we review layout ideas, material options, and project scope. This allows us to prepare an accurate proposal and avoid unexpected costs during construction.
Detailed consultations and/or design planning will include a fee of $200 which is credited toward the project if you choose to move forward with Cypress Builds.

While clients may select or supply aesthetic finishes, Cypress Builds remains responsible for providing the professional construction materials required to complete the work properly. This includes items such as waterproofing systems, backer boards, structural materials, adhesives, and other building components necessary for a durable and code-compliant installation.
Our goal is to provide flexibility so clients can be as involved in the selection process as they would like while ensuring the technical aspects of the construction are handled to professional standards.

That’s very common, and Cypress Builds can support clients at whatever level of involvement they prefer. Some homeowners enjoy choosing every finish themselves, while others prefer guidance throughout the design process.
For clients who want basic assistance, we’re happy to provide recommendations based on what typically works well together in terms of color, durability, and overall style. We can help you narrow down options for items like tile, vanities, fixtures, and finishes so the space feels cohesive.
For clients who prefer a more hands-off or curated experience, we can coordinate with interior design professionals to help develop a complete design direction for the project. This can include selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and other elements that work together to create a cohesive look.
This allows clients to choose the level of involvement that feels right for them—whether that means selecting materials personally with some guidance, or having a fully curated design plan prepared before construction begins.
