8. NO GUARANTEE OF PROJECT ACCEPTANCE
Booking or completing a consultation does not guarantee that Cypress Builds will:

Only an authorized representative of Cypress Builds may bind the Company to contractual obligations.
Statements made verbally, through text messages, social media, email, or other communications should not be interpreted as modifying a written construction agreement unless properly authorized and documented in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
Clients should request that material project commitments be documented in writing.
21. CHANGE ORDERS
A consultation, Website statement, email, text message, verbal discussion, or other informal communication does not automatically modify an existing construction contract.
Changes to an existing project should be documented through the applicable written change-order or contract-modification process.
Additional costs, schedule changes, substitutions, additions, deletions, or other modifications will be governed by the applicable written agreement and change-order procedures.

33. INDEMNIFICATION
